Tobias Rausch ist der erste Landtagspräsident mit einem AfD-Parteibuch. In einer historischen Landtagssitzung in Magdeburg wurde er in das Amt gewählt – und bekam dabei mehr Stimmen, als AfD und BSW zusammen haben. Und dann kam auch noch der AfD-Kandidat für das Amt des Vize-Präsidenten, der rechte Vordenker Hans-Thomas Tillschneider, durch. Seitdem wird wild spekuliert, woher die Stimmen kamen. Die Vermutung liegt nahe, dass es Abweichler in den Reihen der CDU gibt. Und das birgt politische Sprengstoff, der die CDU-Fraktion im Magdeburger Landtag in Stücke reißen könnte. Und der auch die Bundesregierung entzweit. Darüber spricht Host Malte Pieper in dieser Folge des Podcasts "Wahlkreis Ost" mit Vera Wolfskämpf. Sie ist Landeskorrespondentin für die Zeitungen des Redaktionsnetzwerks Deutschland und bestens verdrahtet im politischen Magdeburg.Auch Wolfskämpf weiß nicht genau, wer die Abweichler sind. Dass sie ein CDU-Parteibuch haben, sei aber sehr wahrscheinlich. Wolfskämpf erklärt auch, was der Grund für dieses Verhalten sein dürfte. Fest steht laut Wolfskämpf: Stand jetzt sieht es sehr gut aus für Ulrich Siegmund, der in die Staatskanzlei einziehen will: "Er wird Ministerpräsident werden, da bin ich inzwischen sicher. Wo ich mir nicht ganz so sicher bin, ist, ob es eine stabile Mehrheit zum Regieren geben wird", sagt Wolfskämpf.
