🔴🔵 Estado de emergencia: Prohíben que dos personas circulen en una motocicleta

En el marco del estado de emergencia que rige en Lima Metropolitana y el Callao, el Gobierno dispuso modificaciones y medidas complementarias, entre las que destaca la prohibición del desplazamiento de dos personas adultas en una misma motocicleta, como parte de los esfuerzos en la lucha contra la criminalidad.
