DEUTSCHE BAHN: Bahnchefin Evelyne Palla räumt auf – Pünktlichkeit erst ab 2029 im neuen Reformplan!

Die neue Bahnchefin Evelyn Palla will die Deutsche Bahn grundlegend reformieren – und setzt dabei auf mehr Eigenverantwortung vor Ort statt Zentralbürokratie aus Berlin. Entscheidungen sollen künftig näher am Bahnbetrieb getroffen werden, auch die Chefetage wird neu aufgestellt. Sauberere Bahnhöfe und Züge sind ebenso Teil des Umbruchs wie eine offenere Führungskultur. Beim Dauerproblem Pünktlichkeit bleibt der Wandel jedoch vorerst aus: Erst ab 2029 sollen mindestens 70 % der Fernzüge wieder rechtzeitig ankommen – ein ehrgeiziges Ziel, das viele Fahrgäste ernüchtern dürfte.
