In Hohenseefeld im Landkreis Teltow-Fläming kocht er mit Dorfbewohnern unter Anleitung von Ortschronistin Bärbel Schilo Krautnudeln. Und in Bärenklau, einem Ortsteil von Oberkrämer im Landkreis Oberhavel gibt es das Lieblingsessen der Bärenklauer: Apfelkartoffeln mit Blutwurst.
