🇨🇺 La dictadura cubana acaba de anunciar que los cubanos residentes en el exterior
podrán invertir en empresas privadas, participar en el sistema financiero y hasta
abrir cuentas en el Banco Popular de Ahorro. ¿Suena bien? Espera.

El viceprimer ministro Óscar Pérez Oliva Fraga hizo el anuncio. Marcos Rubio
respondió de inmediato: "No es suficiente." Y tiene razón.

En este video analizamos punto por punto cada propuesta: la trampa detrás de la
"apertura", por qué están apuntando a las grandes fortunas del exilio (los Fanjul,
los Bacardí), qué significa que te autoricen a abrir una cuenta en un banco que
