NATO-Gipfel: Fünf Prozent für Trump?
Schon vor Beginn des NATO-Gipfels in Den Haag sprechen einige von einem “historischen” Treffen. Die 32 Staats- und Regierungschefs wollen eine massive Aufrüstung in Höhe von 5 Prozent des jeweiligen BIP beschließen. Es ist der erste NATO-Gipfel unter der Regie des neuen Generalsekretärs Mark Rutte, der das zweitägige Treffen in seiner Heimat ganz auf US-Präsident Donald Trump zugeschnitten hat, um einen Eklat zu verhindern.Tim Aßmann aus dem ARD-Hauptstadtstudio beobachtet das NATO-Treffen. Und erklärt in dieser 11KM-Folge, warum es eigentlich um 3,5 plus 1,5 Prozent geht und wie die bevorstehenden NATO-Beschlüsse die innerdeutsche Debatte über die Wehrpflicht wieder anheizen könnten.
