Sidang ketiga penembakan bos rental mobil direncanakan akan memeriksa sembilan saksi yang mengetahui peristiwa itu.
Sebelumnya diberitakan, bos rental mobil bernama Ilyas Abdurrahman ditembak di rest area Tol Tangerang-Merak, 2 Januari 2025.
Penembakan itu diduga dilakukan anggota TNI AL, Kelasi Kepala Bambang Apri Atmojo dan Sersan Satu Akbar Adli. Sementara Sertu Rafsin Hermawan diduga terlibat dalam kasus penadahan mobil hasil penggelapan. Selain Ilyas, Ramli Abu Bakar (59), anggota Asosiasi Rental Mobil Indonesia (ARMI), juga ditembak dalam peristiwa ini.
