2026 IS NOT OVER YET.
Most people reach October and think:
"This year is almost gone. I'll start properly in January."
But what if 90-100 days are enough to become almost unrecognizable?
This video tells the incredible story of Hannah Cox.
At 41, she wasn't a professional runner. In fact, she had only started running seriously around 19 months earlier.
She also had scoliosis and an autoimmune condition.
Yet she attempted something almost impossible:
Run across India.
Roughly one marathon every day.
For 100 days.
Over 4,200 kilometres.
She battled extreme fatigue, illness, food problems and shoes that became so damaged they had to be repaired using pieces of tyre.
But this isn't really a video about running.
It's about what can happen when you stop treating 90 days as "not enough time."
And using lessons from Hannah's journey + The 12 Week Year by Brian Moran and Michael Lennington, we'll build a practical system for making the LAST 90 DAYS of 2026 count.
---
THE LAST 90 DAYS SYSTEM
1. INTENTIONAL IMBALANCE
Don't try to transform your entire life simultaneously.
Choose ONE important transformation for this season.
Business.
Fitness.
Money.
Studies.
Content.
A project you've delayed all year.
For the next 12 weeks, let one thing matter more.
2. FIND YOUR "42"
Hannah didn't wake up thinking about 4,224 km.
She focused on today's marathon.
Find your equivalent.
Instead of obsessing over the final result, identify 3-4 daily/weekly actions you can actually control.
Don't score the dream.
Score the execution.
3. THE 85% RULE
You don't need perfect execution.
At the end of every week, calculate:
How many planned actions did I actually complete?
Target approximately 85%.
8-9 out of 10?
You're moving.
Consistency beats waiting for a perfect week.
4. PRODUCTIVE TENSION
When your execution score is low, you'll feel uncomfortable.
Don't immediately escape that feeling.
The gap between your plan and your actions is information.
Use it.
Adjust.
Learn.
Continue.
5. THE VAN RULE
Hannah's life became a loop:
RUN → EAT → RECOVER → SLEEP
Your transformation also needs a repeatable loop.
Put your important work on your CALENDAR.
Create uninterrupted work blocks.
And schedule recovery too.
Because if today's effort destroys tomorrow's ability to execute, the system won't survive 90 days.
---
12 WEEKS. ONE TRANSFORMATION.
You have roughly 13 weeks.
Use 12 to execute.
Use the final week to reflect, recover and see what you've built.
By December 31, your evidence could be:
12 videos published.
5 kg lost.
Your first customers.
200 hours of study.
Money saved.
A project finally launched.
You don't need another January 1.
You need a DAY 1.

January is gone.
September is gone.
But don't let regret about the first 9 months steal the final 3.
On December 31, don't carry another resolution into 2027.
Carry EVIDENCE.
