Wanita bernama Julaiana itu ditemukan pertama kali pada Sabtu (21/6/2025) malam dengan kondisi sudah membusuk.
Menurut penuturan warga, korban telah tewas selama tiga hari atau sejak Kamis (19/6/2025).
Hotel tersebut ternyata sudah tak aktif lagi beroperasi.
Namun pemilik menjadikan bangunan tersebut sebagai tempat indekos.
Jasad korban ditemukan berawal dari kakak ipar beserta keluarga yang mendatangi lokasi untuk menanyakan keberadaan korban Juliana.
Ketika keluarga hendak membuka kamar, ternyata pintu terkunci.
Saat keluarga memaksa masuk, seorang laki-laki seketika keluar dari pintu kamar tersebut.
Akhirnya keluarga mengejark laki-laki bernama Johan Sitorus itu dan membawanya ke polisi.
"Kemudian keluarga membawa pelaku ke ke Polsek Siantar Utara, Atas Saran dari Piket SPKT Polsek siantar utara untuk membuat laporan orang hilang ke Polres Pematang Siantar," kata Sandy.
Saat kembali ke kamar, ternyata korban Juliana sudah tewas dengan kondisi ditutupi oleh kasur.
Kasat Reskrim Polres Pematangsiantar, Iptu Sandy Riz Akbar menyampaikan bahwa pelaku Johan tersulut emosi setelah melihat chat yang ada di handphone korban.
Hingga akhirnya pelaku menikam korban di bagian leher menggunakan obeng dan korban tewas bersimbah darah.
