Tidak hanya warga lokal, sejumlah elemen masyarakat dan pegiat pariwisata juga menyuarakan keprihatinan atas dugaan pencemaran lingkungan yang ditimbulkan.Di tengah isu lingkungan tersebut, dunia internasional dikejutkan oleh aksi militer Israel yang menyerbu kapal bantuan MV Madleen di perairan internasional. Kapal itu membawa aktivis dari berbagai negara, termasuk Greta Thunberg yang hingga kini belum diketahui nasibnya.
Sementara itu, dari dunia olahraga, Timnas Indonesia tengah bersiap menghadapi Jepang dalam laga penentu di Stadion Kota Suita, Osaka, pada Selasa, 10 Juni 2025. Pertandingan ini menjadi pembuktian penting bagi Garuda untuk naik level dan bersaing secara realistis di kancah sepak bola Asia.
