Kericuhan terjadi antardua kelompok warga pada Minggu (17/8/2025) pagi.
Bentrokan yang terjadi di sekitar Simpang Tiga Kampung Cidoyang melibatkan warga Kampung Cipapagan dan Kampung Tarikolot.
Akibat kericuhan antarwarga itu, sejumlah orang mengalami luka-luka akibat lemparan batu dan sejumlah lapak pedagang dilaporkan rusak.
Awalnya, kegiatan pawai dalam memeriahkan 17 Agustusan ini berjalan lancar.
Warga juga bersuka-cita dengan menggunakan kostum dari setiap kampung.
Namun, kegiatan ini berubah menjadi bentrok fisik, bahkan sempat diwarnai hujan batu dari dua kelompok warga.
Sejumlah warga mengalami luka-luka terkena lemparan batu, hingga sebuah lapak pedagang nasi TO (tutug oncom) mengalami kerusakan.
Petugas Polsek Indihiang dan Polres Tasikmalaya turun ke lokasi kejadian untuk meredam bentrok susulan.
Pedagang nasi goreng dan tutug oncom Ihsan (36) mengatakan, awalnya tidak mengetahui sampai bentrok dua kelompok warga yang sedang pawai tersebut.
Ihsan sedang berjualan tidak jauh dari lokasi kejadian, namun dampaknya tempat dagangnya ikut rusak akibat terkena lemparan batu.
Warga lain mengatakan, kericuhan awalnya dipicu perselisihan peserta pawai dengan seorang pengendara sepeda motor.
Ia juga terkena lemparan batu dengan luka di bagian wajahnya, akibat kejadian tadi pagi saat pawai.
Kapolsek Indihiang Kompol Iwan menjelaskan, pihaknya mendapatkan informasi kejadian dan langsung menurunkan petugas ke lokasi.
