Mee Bandung simple tapi padu, kuah pekat pedas berlemak dan cukup rasa. Resepi ni sesuai untuk makan satu keluarga, lengkap dengan daging, udang, telur, sawi dan kuah yang penuh rasa hasil gabungan udang kering, kacang tanah sangai dan air rebusan daging.

Dalam video ni Che Nom tunjuk cara masak Mee Bandung homemade yang mudah, termasuk cara tumis bahan kisar sampai garing dan pecah minyak supaya kuah tak rasa mentah. Bila kuah direneh sampai pekat, makan pula dengan mee kuning, telur, udang, bawang goreng dan perahan limau kasturi, memang sedap sangat.

BAHAN-BAHAN MEE BANDUNG
Untuk 5-6 orang

Bahan kisar:
• 2 sudu besar udang kering
• 6 biji bawang merah
• 4 ulas bawang putih
• 1 inci lengkuas

Bahan kuah:
• ⅓ cawan minyak masak
• 3-4 sudu besar cili kisar
• 100g kacang tanah sangai, dikisar kasar
• 6-7 cawan air rebusan daging
• 2 sudu besar kicap manis
• 3 sudu besar sos tomato
• ½ senduk sos cili
• 300g daging lembu
• 1 ketul kiub stok daging
• 1-2 sudu besar gula
• Garam secukup rasa
• 5-6 ekor udang
• 5-6 biji telur
• Sawi secukupnya
• 1 pek / 500g mee kuning

Bahan hiasan:
• Bawang goreng
• Cili merah hiris
• Cili hijau besar hiris
• Limau kasturi


MEE BANDUNG INGREDIENTS
Serves 5-6

Blended ingredients:
• 2 tablespoons dried shrimp
• 6 shallots
• 4 cloves garlic
• 1 inch galangal

Gravy ingredients:
• ⅓ cup cooking oil
• 3-4 tablespoons blended chilli paste
• 100g roasted peanuts, coarsely blended
• 6-7 cups beef stock / beef cooking liquid
• 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
• 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
• ½ ladle chilli sauce
• 300g beef
• 1 beef stock cube
• 1-2 tablespoons sugar
• Salt to taste
• 5-6 prawns
• 5-6 eggs
• Mustard greens, as needed
• 1 packet / 500g yellow noodles

Garnishing:
• Fried shallots
• Sliced red chilli
• Sliced large green chilli
• Calamansi lime
