Imagination "Reinigung in den Elementen"
Manchmal tragen wir so viel in uns – unausgesprochene Worte, alte Verletzungen, stillen Groll. Sie schlummern tief und machen uns schwer. In dieser Imagination lade ich dich ein, sie nicht länger zu behalten, sondern sie den Elementen zu übergeben.Stell dir vor, du stehst am Meer. Die Luft ist schwül, der Himmel dunkel. Ein erster Windhauch streift dein Gesicht, und du spürst, wie sich etwas in dir regt. Du darfst es jetzt spüren: deine Wut, deine Trauer, deinen Groll. All das, was du so lange verborgen hast.
Der Wind wird stärker. Er wird zum Sturm. Und du lässt zu, dass all das, was dich belastet, von diesem Sturm gepackt wird. Der Regen peitscht dir ins Gesicht, und mit jeder Sekunde wäscht er etwas fort: eine alte Kränkung, eine unausgesprochene Wut, eine tiefe Trauer. Der Donner rollt, der Himmel öffnet sich, und du stehst mitten in dieser Urgewalt, aber nicht als Opfer, sondern als Befreier deiner selbst.
Du schreist den Wind an. Du lässt den Regen deine Tränen sein. Und du spürst, wie der Sturm alles mitnimmt, was dich schon so lange gefangen hält.
Und dann, ganz langsam, legt sich der Sturm. Die Wellen werden ruhiger. Die Wolken reißen auf. Der erste Sonnenstrahl berührt dein Gesicht, und du stehst da leicht, leer, frei.
Eine Übung für alle, die sich danach sehnen, ihre aufgestauten Gefühle endlich loszulassen, aber nicht im Stillen, sondern in der Kraft der Natur.
