La Corte d'Assise di Bergamo ha assolto Monia Bortolotti dall'accusa di avere soffocato i suoi due neonati, Alice e Mattia Zorzi. Per Alice, 4 mesi, l'omicidio non sarebbe provato (l'autopsia non diede dati certi), mentre quello del fratellino sarebbe stato commesso in stato di totale incapacità di intendere e di volere. La donna dovrà restare in una struttura psichiatrica per 10 anni, perché socialmente pericolosa.
