Nicole Minetti, classe 1985, ex consigliera lombarda (ruolo che ricopre fino al 2012), emerge nel caso Ruby legato a Silvio Berlusconi.
È accusata di favoreggiamento della prostituzione, anche minorile, per presunte feste ad Arcore
Secondo l’accusa, avrebbe reclutato giovani donne per le serate nella residenza dell’allora premier.
Nel 2013 arriva una condanna in primo grado a 5 anni di reclusione e interdizione dai pubblici uffici.
Minetti si è sempre dichiarata innocente, sostenendo di non aver organizzato alcuna attività illecita. In appello, nel 2014, la pena viene ridotta a 3 anni per favoreggiamento della prostituzione. Cade invece l’aggravante della prostituzione minorile. Nel 2015 la Cassazione accoglie il suo ricorso e annulla la sentenza del Ruby bis rinviando ad un nuovo processo d'appello. Nel 2018 il nuovo processo d'appello si conclude con la conferma della condanna, ma con una lieve riduzione della pena che passa a 2 anni e 10 mesi.Nel luglio 2021, patteggia una condanna a 1 anno e 1 mese nel processo d'appello relativo alla cosiddetta "Rimborsopoli" lombarda
Condannata a pena cumulativa di 3 anni e 11 mesi, fa richiesta di affidamento ai servizi sociali nel 2022. Nel 2026 il Presidente della Repubblica Sergio Mattarella concede la grazia a Nicole Minetti per "motivi umanitari". Receive SMS online on sms24.me
