Brand in Mehrfamilienhaus in Mannheim-Waldhof
Mannheim: In der Nacht auf Montag, gegen 01:45 Uhr, ist im Mannheimer Stadtteil Waldhof ein Brand in einem Mehrfamilienhaus ausgebrochen.Alle Bewohner konnten das Gebäude rechtzeitig und eigenständig verlassen. Drei Personen erlitten leichte Verletzungen durch eingeatmete Rauchgase. Eine betroffene Person wurde zur weiteren Behandlung in ein Krankenhaus gebracht.
Der Feuerwehr gelang es, die Flammen schnell unter Kontrolle zu bringen und ein Übergreifen auf benachbarte Häuser zu verhindern.
Die betroffene Wohnung wurde durch das Feuer vollständig zerstört. Auch die übrigen Wohnungen des Hauses wurden durch die Löscharbeiten so stark beschädigt, dass das gesamte Gebäude derzeit unbewohnbar ist.
Der entstandene Sachschaden wird auf rund 150.000 Euro geschätzt.
