Una decina di agenti della polizia municipale, tre militari dell'esercito e auto di servizio in mezzo alla strada che paralizzano il traffico di via Marconi, a Bologna. Un'intervento movimentato e deciso per bloccare un ragazzo straniero, al quale poco prima era stato spruzzato spray urticante da parte di un agente della municipale. E' successo poco dopo le 11.30 ed è stato documentato da un video dell'ANSA. Decine anche i curiosi che hanno assistito e ripreso la scena da film. Il ragazzo, che stando a quanto dice nel video una delle vigilesse intervenute aveva danneggiato un'auto di servizio ("c'hai anche distrutto la macchina", si sente dire) dopo essere stato raggiunto dallo spray si è buttato per terra, vicino al marciapiede, all'altezza del civico 24. Alla fine, ammanettato dietro alla schiena, il ragazzo è stato fatto salire su un'auto di servizio e portato via.
