Il regista Paolo Cassina e il produttore Alessandro Amori hanno portato nelle sale Invisibili, un documentario che ha fatto discutere fin dalla sua uscita. Il film dà spazio alle testimonianze di persone che dichiarano di aver subito effetti avversi gravi a seguito del vaccino anti-Covid, accendendo un acceso dibattito mediatico e pubblico. Il film, accolto da sale piene in tutta Italia, è stato però oggetto di dure critiche in vari programmi televisivi, dove i protagonisti sono stati definiti “bugiardi” o “inattendibili”. Ora arriva un importante sviluppo giudiziario: saranno processati alcuni dei principali detrattori dell’opera, accusati di diffamazione aggravata. Dopo una prima richiesta di archiviazione da parte della procura infatti, il giudice dell’indagine preliminare ha ribaltato la decisione, ordinando il rinvio a giudizio per diffamazione aggravata.

"Il tentativo è sempre stato quello di porre in condizioni di soggezione e di inferiorità coloro che si sono permessi e che continuano, grazie al cielo, ad esercitare il proprio spirito critico. Questa era la fenomenalità. Il Pubblico Ministero ha ritenuto che in quella trasmissione sia stata esercitata una libera manifestazione del pensiero."
