'불황 늪' 빠진 LG화학, LG엔솔 주식 담보로 3조 조달
🔹 LG화학, 3조 원 자금 조달…석유화학 구조조정 가속✅ LG화학이 LG에너지솔루션 지분을 담보로 최대 3조 원 규모 주가수익스와프(PRS) 계약을 추진. 이미 교환사채 발행을 두 차례 진행한 데 이어 역대 최대 자금 유동화에 나선 것.
순차입금이 1년 새 15조 원 → 23조 원으로 급증, 차입 상환과 신사업 투자 동시 추진 목적.
다만 단기적으로는 LG엔솔 주가에 부담 요인.
