Un pueblo que amaneció lleno de carteles contra el régimen demuestra que hay cubanos que no están dispuestos a seguir viviendo de rodillas. Mientras la mayoría se resigna a la miseria y al hambre, otros se atreven a plantar su mensaje en medio del apagón y la represión.Alex Otaola subraya que esa es la verdadera prioridad: no correr detrás de un pedazo de yuca ni de un termo de cerveza, sino reclamar la libertad. La comida, la corriente y el agua llegarán cuando Cuba sea libre; lo que hoy se necesita es coraje para salir a la calle.
El activista recuerda que la libertad no se mendiga, se conquista. Y se conquista en la calle, con todos los cubanos gritando al unísono: “¡No queremos seguir viviendo así!”. Ese es el camino, ese es el mensaje que tiene que repetirse hasta que la dictadura caiga.
