Said menyebut bahwa negeri ini sangat kacau dengan sistem pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK) yang bisa dilakukan melalui aplikasi perpesanan.
Ia menilai adanya UU Cipta Kerja justru merugikan buruh.
"PHK sembarangan dan mudah. Mudah sekarang orang mem-PHK. Pakai WA bisa memPHK. Gila ini negeri, masa PHK pakai WA, kayak orang mau cerai saja," ujar said di sela-sela demo buruh, Rabu.
Ada sembilan tuntutan yang dibawa kaum buruh dalam demo kali ini.
Said Iqbal, menjabarkan pihaknya menolak:
1. Upah minimun
2. faktor outsourcing seumur hidup
3. kontrak kerja bisa berulang-ulang
4. Pesangon buruh yang murah
5. PHK yang dipermudah
6. pengaturan jam kerja yang fleksibel
7. pengaturan cuti
8. tenaga kerja asing
9. dihilangkannya beberapa sanksi pidana dari UU Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 yang sebelumnya.(tribun-video.com/saradita)
