Il provvedimento, composto da 33 articoli, è stato da poco convertito nella legge 54/2026, e ha tra i suoi obiettivi la tutela dei cittadini e di allontanare i minori dalla criminalità.Tra le novità, l’introduzione nel nostro ordinamento del reato per il porto ingiustificato di coltelli e strumenti da taglio, per la quale è prevista la reclusione fino a tre anni. Si estende poi la procedibilità d'ufficio ai casi di lesioni personali compiute nei confronti del personale impiegato nei servizi di trasporto pubblico.
