Türkistan’ın yükselen ordusu: Kırgızistan hakkında her şey
The Kyrgyz military is undergoing rapid modernization after deadly border clashes with Tajikistan in 2021–2022, expanding its drone fleet, upgrading air defenses, and reducing dependence on Russia. Cumhurbaşkanı Sadyr Japarov’un imzaladığı yeni askeri doktrin sebebiyle orduda dönüşüm programı başlatıldı. “Dağların efendisi olacağız” hedefini koydu. Rusya’ya aşırı bağımlılığı azaltmak için Türkiye, Çin ve Hindistan’dan silah alımı hızlandı. 2021’de 3 adet olan Bayraktar TB2 sayısı 2025’te Akıncı ve Aksungur’larla birlikte 10’u geçti. S-300PS ve Tor-M2KM hava savunma sistemleri 2025’te Rusya’dan ücretsiz teslim edildi. Bişkek’teki askeri üniforma dikimevini Türkiye kurdu, makineleri ve eğitimi TSK sağladı.
Akrep Birliği (Scorpion) adı verilen 25. Özel Kuvvetler Tugayı Tacikistan ile yaşanan sınır çatışmalarında aktif katılım gösterdi. Peki bu modernizasyon neden bu kadar hızlı oldu? Çünkü Kırgızistan, 2021 ve özellikle 2022’de Tacikistan’la tarihin en kanlı sınır savaşını yaşadı. İki ülke arasında 970 kilometrelik sınır hattı var. Bugün Kırgızistan terör endeksinde 0 puanla “terör etkisi olmayan ülke” kategorisinde.
31 Mart 2025’te Khujand’da imzalanan üçlü protokolle Tacikistan sınırının %99,5’i çözüme kavuştu. Vorukh bölgesinin yol sorunu çözüldü, Dostuk köyü civarında arazi takası yapıldı, sınırın her iki tarafından 10 kilometre derinlikte ağır silah ve saldırı dronu yasaklandı. Haziran 2025’ten beri ortak devriye ekipleri çalışıyor, Batken-Isfara kapısı 24 saat açık.
