먼저 홑게회부터 먹어봤는데요
한입 먹자마자 진짜 와..달고 맛있더라구요
근데 식감은 호불호가 분명 잇어요 껍질이 질겨요 !
근데 속은 또 달달해요!
재미가 있더라구요
비린맛은 없고 고소하면서 달달한 맛이 진짜 좋았어요
특히 씹을수록 올라오는 감칠맛이
너무 매력적이라 계속 손이 가더라구요
간장에 살짝 찍어 먹어도 너무 맛있고
초장에 찍어 먹으면 새콤달콤한 맛까지 더해져서
개인적으로는 그냥 홑게 자체 맛이 좋아서 간장 !
그리고 내장이 제일 맛있어요
홑게는 정말 내장이에요 달아요 달아
살도 쏙쏙 잘빠져요!
씹을수록 게 특유의 진한 단맛이 올라오는데
진짜 계속 먹게 되는 맛이었어요
특히 내장이 엄청 진하고 녹진해서
내장 좋아하는 분들은 진짜 환장할 스타일이에요
저는 솔직히 살도 맛있었는데
이날은 내장이 진짜 기억에 남았어요🦀
