JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Menteri Koordinator Bidang Infrastruktur dan Pembangunan Kewilayahan, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY), menyambut baik pernyataan Presiden Prabowo Subianto yang ingin lebih banyak melibatkan swasta dalam menggarap proyek infrastruktur.
Menurut AHY, kolaborasi antara Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) dan sektor swasta merupakan hal yang penting dan saling melengkapi dalam mendorong pembangunan infrastruktur yang efisien dan tepat sasaran.
"Yang jelas kita ingin kerja sama yang baik, berbagi peran. Antara BUMN dengan swasta, semuanya memiliki peran yang penting. Tetapi peran atau sektor swasta yang semakin baik, semakin maju, ini juga sangat dibutuhkan bagi pembangunan infrastruktur ke depan," kata AHY saat ditemui usai menghadiri acara Perayaan Natal Bersama Kemenko Infra, di Jakarta, Jumat (17/1/2025).
Sebelumnya, Prabowo menyebut akan memberikan banyak proyek infrastruktur ke perusahaan swasta, mulai dari pelabuhan, bandara, hingga jalan tol.
