TECH-PANNE AUF DER STRASSE: Roboter erschreckt Seniorin – Polizei muss schlichtenKurioser Polizeieinsatz in Macau: Ein ferngesteuerter PR-Roboter sorgt auf offener Straße für einen Schreckmoment. Als sich die Maschine einer 70-jährigen Frau nähert, reagiert sie sichtlich erschrocken und beschwert sich lautstark. Passanten beobachten die Szene, schließlich greift die Polizei ein und beruhigt die Situation. Der Roboter gehört zum Study Hard Education Centre und wird dort regelmäßig für Werbe- und Demonstrationszwecke eingesetzt. Laut Polizei wurde niemand verletzt. Anders als in sozialen Netzwerken behauptet, wurde der Betreiber nicht festgenommen – Beamte begleiteten ihn lediglich mit seiner Technik aus der Situation. Der ungewöhnliche Vorfall zeigt, wie schnell neue Technologien im Alltag für Irritationen sorgen können.
