«Ancora non ho rifiutato le proposte che mi ha fatto la Rai, ho trenta giorni. C'è anche la possibilità di un reintegro, quindi faremo una conduzione a quattro, a cinque o a sei...». Lo ha detto Sigfrido Ranucci a margine di un incontro a pubblico a Parma. Il giornalista rimosso dalla conduzione di Report su un eventuale futuro in politica aggiunge: «Ora non è in agenda, se poi mi cacciano dalla Rai dovrò continuare il mio impegno civile sulla libertà di stampa che non è nell'agenda di nessun politico, senza libertà di stampa non si capisce il mostruoso che ci sta governando». Ranucci è intervenuto sul palco del Cubo di via Spezia a Parma, dove è stato protagonista di un dialogo con il giornalista Luca Sommi per la rassegna «Invito all’ascolto».
