Sidang Praperadilan Nadiem Makarim: Sebut Jaksa Tahu Pengadaan Barang, Putusan Segera Dibacakan
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Sidang praperadilan mantan Mendikbudristek, Nadiem Makarim, kembali bergulir di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan pada Kamis (9/10/2025). Agenda sidang kali ini adalah penyerahan bukti tambahan.Tim kuasa hukum Nadiem menyerahkan lima bukti tambahan dalam sidang hari ini (9/10/2025), di antaranya berita acara pemeriksaan tersangka atas nama Nadiem Anwar Makarim tanggal 4 September 2025, surat perintah Jaksa Agung Muda Perdata dan Tata Usaha Negara untuk membuat, serta Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 60 Tahun 2008 tentang Sistem Pengendalian Intern Pemerintah.
Kuasa hukum menilai, tidak ada pertanyaan di BAP yang berhubungan dengan penetapan Nadiem sebagai tersangka.
