오늘은 소프트쉘크랩을 튀기지 않고
에어프라이어에 간단히 구워봤어요!

오븐이나 에어프라이어에 구워 먹는 건 처음이라
솔직히 궁금하기도 하고 조금 걱정도 됐는데요
과연 바삭함은 살아 있을지, 비린 맛은 없을지
그리고 무엇보다 껍질째 먹는 게 부담스럽지 않을지가 제일 궁금했어요

한 입 베어 무는 순간 가장 먼저 느껴진건
생각보다 훨씬 바삭하다는 점이었어요!!
에어프라이어라서 겉이 눅눅하지 않을까 걱정했는데
껍질 부분이 잘 마르면서
바삭하게 부서지는 식감이 확실히 살아 있었어요
튀김처럼 과하게 딱딱하지도 않고
그렇다고 흐물거리지도 않은 딱 좋은 바삭함이었어요

집에서 간단하게 맥주 한 캔 꺼내서
부담 없이 즐기기 딱 좋은 안주라서
개인적으로 정말 만족스러웠어요 🍺
가볍게 즐기고 싶을 때 강력 추천합니다!
