Queste sarebbero state, secondo un servizio di Fuori dal Coro andato in onda nel marzo 2023, le frasi di Nicola Magrini, ex direttore generale dell'AIFA, scritte in mail interne all'Agenzia. Fece grande scalpore la diretta del programma condotto da Mario Giordano. Il servizio attribuiva a membri dell'Agenzia Italiana del Farmaco la volontà di non pubblicare dati su effetti avversi segnalati a seguito della somministrazione del vaccino anti Covid. "Non ho inserito un ulteriore focus su paralisi facciale e parestesie perché potrebbero esserci gli estremi per un segnale e quindi non mi sembra il caso", avrebbe scritto un dipendente in una delle mail mostrate a Fuori dal Coro.
Nella bozza del quarto rapporto sulla sicurezza dei vaccini, il servizio mostrò una frase in particolare: "Il limite di tale valutazione ricade nella possibile sottosegnalazione di casi ad esito fatale". Una precisazione che sarebbe stata poi omessa nel report definitivo. Un caso che Lucio Malan, senatore di Fratelli d'Italia, ha voluto riportare in Commissione Covid proprio davanti a Nicola Magrini, audito nella seduta odierna.
