안녕하세요 애정입니다😊오늘은 싱싱한 생새우와 통전어회예요
먼저 생새우는 입안에 넣자마자
탱글탱글 씹히는 식감이 정말 예술이었고
씹을수록 은은하게 올라오는 달달함이
기분까지 좋아지게 만들었어요🦐✨
제가 워낙 새우를 좋아하다 보니 이번에는
여러 마리를 연달아 먹으면서 행복 그 잡채..
사실 제가 세꼬시를 별로 안 좋아해서
그동안은 전어를 거의 안 먹었거든요
그런데 자주 가는 단골 수산집에서
가시를 제거해주셔서 최근에 조금씩 먹게 됐는데
와… 오도독! 씹히는 그 식감이 생각보다 너무 좋더라구요!
씹으면 씹을수록 고소하면서 은근한 단맛이 올라오는데
아~ 그래서 사람들이 괜히
“가을 전어, 가을 전어”하는 게 아니구나 싶더라구요
원래는 소주도 곁들이고 싶었는데
감기약을 먹고 있어서 오늘은 아쉽게 패스했어요🥲
바다 향 가득한 신선한 해산물은
언제 먹어도 감탄이 절로 나오지만
특히 제철을 맞이한 통전어와 탱탱한 생새우는
그 어떤 요리로도 대체할 수 없는 특별한 맛을 주는 것 같아요
오늘도 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다😋
