ภาคใต้เรือเล็กงดออกจากฝั่งจนถึงวันที่ 15 กรกฎาคมนี้ เนื่องจากคลื่นลมแรง ติดตามใน ฝนฟ้าอากาศ กับ คุณบี กมลาสน์โดยในวันพรุ่งนี้ ภาคเหนือ ภาคอีสาน และภาคใต้ มีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง ส่วนภาคตะวันออก จะมีฝนตกหนักมากบางพื้นที่ เนื่องจากร่องมรสุมพาดผ่านประเทศเมียนมา ภาคเหนือตอนบน และประเทศลาวตอนบน ในขณะที่มรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามันประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทย เริ่มมีกำลังอ่อนลงแต่ยังคงมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง
สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามัน และอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีคลื่นสูง 2-3 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร ชาวเรือเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง เรือเล็กควรงดออกจากฝั่งจนถึงวันที่ 15 กรกฎาคมนี้

ภาคเหนือ ฝนตก 70% ของพื้นที่ ตกหนักบางแห่งที่ แม่ฮ่องสอน เชียงใหม่ เชียงราย พะเยา น่าน ตาก พิษณุโลก และเพชรบูรณ์
ภาคอีสาน ฝนตก 70% ของพื้นที่ ตกหนักบางแห่งที่ หนองคาย บึงกาฬ สกลนคร นครพนม อุดรธานี มุกดาหาร อำนาจเจริญ และอุบลราชธานี
ภาคกลาง ฝนตก 60% ของพื้นที่ ตกได้แถว ๆ กาญจนบุรี และราชบุรี
ภาคตะวันออก ฝนตก 60% ของพื้นที่ ตกได้ที่ นครนายก ปราจีนบุรี และสระแก้ว ตกหนักมากบางแห่งที่ จันทบุรี และตราด ทะเลบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร
ภาคใต้ ฝนตก 40-60% ของพื้นที่ ตกหนักบางแห่งที่ เพชรบุรี ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ชุมพร สุราษฎร์ธานี ระนอง และพังงา ทะเลอันดามัน บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร
