[Massive Explosionen bei gigantischem Großbrand!] Einsatzfahrten zum Großbrand in Hamburg-Veddel
Hier zu sehen, sind verschiedene Einsatzfahrzeuge von diversen Hilfsorganisationen auf Einsatzfahrt in Hamburg-Veddel. Dort brach am Nachmittag des 25.08.2025 ein Feuer aus. Das zunächst recht kleine Feuer breitete sich schnell aus. Massive Explosionen sorgten dafür, dass die Feuerwehr keine Möglichkeit hatte, mit den Löscharbeiten zu beginnen. Trümmerteile flogen rund 100 Meter weit auch auf die angrenzende BAB 1. Diese wurde daraufhin voll gesperrt. Durch herumfliegende Trümmerteile wurden mehrere Personen verletzt. Die Feuerwehr rief einen Massenanfall an Verletzten aus.Da die Feuerwehr zunächst keine Möglichkeit hatte, den Brand zu löschen, breitete sich dieser rasant aus. Um an das Feuer heranzukommen, wurde die Flughafenfeuerwehr mit zwei Flugfeldlöschfahrzeugen und die Polizei mit Wasserwerfern und Räumpanzern (Fachwort Sonderwagen) angefordert.
Im Video zu sehen, ist die Entwicklung der Rauchsäule im Laufe des Einsatzes sowie viele der anfahrenden Kräfte. Die Flughafenfeuerwehr konnte hierbei leider nicht aufgenommen werden.
Es sind aber unter Anderem zwei Wasserwerfer und die Sonderwagen der Polizei zu sehen.
Auch die neuen CBRN Erkunder des Zivilschutzes waren im Einsatz und sind zu sehen. Außerdem die beiden Versorgungsfahrzeuge der Freiwilligen Feuerwehren Eißendorf und Ottensen, welche nur sehr selten mit Sondersignal anzutreffen sind.

The video shows the development of the smoke column over the course of the incident, as well as many of the responding units. Unfortunately, the airport fire brigade could not be recorded.
