Ingredientes para 6 Pancakes del tamaño de la Palma de la mano
100 g de Puré de Calabaza / banana o manzana
1 huevo
40 g de Yogurt tipo griego sin azúcar
40 ml de leche o bevida vegetal sin azúcar *Yo usé Almendras
1 cda de endulzante con o sin calorías *Yo usé Monk Fruit
1 cda de Mantequilla o aceite
70 g de harina de Arroz o 80g de Avena molida
1 1/2 cditas de polvo para hornear
Canela al gusto
🔥Cocción a fuego bajo por 2 min sartén con tapa y dale la vuelta cuando veas burburjas en superficie, cocina 2 min más.
Sirve solas, con mantequilla fundida o tu sirope favorito. Yo le coloqué 1 cda de endulzante con canela molida.
