Ukraine and its allies are marking the fourth anniversary of Russia's large-scale invasion of Ukraine. Europe's deadliest conflict since World War II has upended the international order, and efforts to end the fighting appear largely stalled. Ukraine's president, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, says his country remains unbroken. Meanwhile, Russian president Vladimir Putin says his forces will continue fighting until all of the Kremlin's goals are met. The true casualty figures may never be known, but it is clear that the war has caused tremendous suffering.
