Key race updates: Razor-thin margins in MS & AK Senate races

Two Senate races — in Alaska and Mississippi — have not been called yet.

With an estimated 96% of the ballots counted, incumbent Republican Sen. Cindy Hyde-Smith and Democrat Scott Colom are only separated by a few dozen votes.

If Colom does in fact flip that seat blue, it would be the biggest Senate upset of the midterms.

CNN's Phil Mattingly runs through the numbers in Mississippi and CNN's Kyung Lah reports from Anchorage, Alaska. Also, CNN political analysts size up the tight races and Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA) and Mississippi Democratic Party chair, Cheikh Taylor, react.
