Tutto ciò permette l'assunzione di nuovo personale nei SerD, il finanziamento di una quantità notevole di progetti, oltre alla mobilitò ragionale, che è un'altra delle voci su cui si è lavorato in questi anni. La Camera, dopo l'approvazione al Senato, sta esaminando un Ddl che permette un più ampio ricorso al recupero di comunità in alternativa al carcere. La lotta alle dipendenze è una guerra e serve lavoro di squadra". Lo ha detto il Sottosegretario alla Presidenza del Consiglio, Alfredo Mantovano, nel corso della presentazione della Relazione annuale al Parlamento sul fenomeno delle dipendenze in Italia.Chigi
