За первые 17 дней апреля количество наличных денег в обращении выросло в России на 470 миллиардов рублей. Это в полтора с лишним раза больше, чем за весь март. Тогда россияне также активно снимали деньги со счетов, но вынесли из банков только 300 миллиардов. Общее количество наличных в обороте приближается к 20 триллионам, что хорошо для теневого сектора и малого бизнеса, но крайне неприятно для бюджета и банков.
