Aksi keji itu sudah ia lakukan selama empat tahun sejak tahun 2019 hingga 2023.
Korban yang saat ini diketahui berusia 18 tahun melahirkan bayi laki-laki pada 2024 lalu akibat perbuatan ayah kandungnya berinisial T (38).
Korban tak berani melapor lantaran diancam T akan membunuh ibu kandung korban atau istri dari T.
Kasus ini kemudian terungkap setelah keluarga korban melihat adanya perubahan fisik pada perut gadis tersebut.
Pasca melahirkan bayi lelaki itu, kasus ini kemudian dilaporkan ke Polresta Cirebon.
Kemudian pada Selasa (7/10/2025), pelaku berhasil ditangkap dan dihadirkan dalam konferensi pers di Mapolresta Cirebon.
Terungkap sosok pelaku yang ternyata merupakan buruh bangunan.
Menurut keterangan Kapolresta Cirebon, Kombes Sumarni, T telah melakukan rudapaksa terhadap anak kandungnya sebanyak 20 kali di dalam rumah.
Korban pertama kali dirudapaksa saat usianya madih 13 tahun.
Akibat dari tindakan keji tersebut, T kini dijerat dengan Pasal 81 ayat (1), (2), dan (3) jo Pasal 76D.
Kemudian Pasal 82 ayat (1) dan (2) jo Pasal 76E UU Nomor 17 tahun 2016 tentang Perlindungan Anak.
Ia diancam hukuman maksimal 15 tahun penjara.
