Peristiwa itu terjadi usai Rahma mengembalikan besi rongsokan dalam sebuah karung yang ditinggal penjarah di depan rumah Uya Kuya di kawasan Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur.
Rahma mengaku hatinya tidak tenang selama dua hari menyimpan karung itu di rumah.
Kegelisahan itu semakin dalam ketika mendiang ibunya hadir dalam mimpi, meminta ia segera mengembalikan barang tersebut.
“Iya, (ibu datang di) mimpi saya. Ngomong, ‘Yuk, pulangin barangnya. Itu bukan hak kamu’,” tutur Rahma dengan suara bergetar, saat wawancara eksklusif dengan ditemani keponakannya, Ratu dalam program Saksi Kata, di Studio Tribunnews, Jakarta, pada Selasa (9/9/2025).
Sambil menahan tangis, Rahma menegaskan tidak ada niat sedikit pun untuk mencuri.
Ia hanya menemukan karung yang ditinggal di depan gerbang rumah Uya Kuya.
“Aku nggak nyolong, demi Allah. Aku nemu di gerbang itu. Aku kira rongsokan. Aku bukan maling,” ucapnya berkali-kali sambil menangis.
