We tackle the question: How do you balance being a parent with being a person outside of parenting.We open up about the weight of the mental load, mom brain, the never-ending to-do list, and the challenge of making space for ourselves while raising kids. We love what we do, and our work gives us a huge outlet for creativity, but we’ve had to accept that we simply can’t make as many videos as we did before kids, and that’s okay!
We’re learning to move the goalposts, embrace this season of life, and remind ourselves that it won’t last forever. Because while parenting can make it harder to find time for the things that make us feel like us, being a parent really is the greatest gift.We’d love to hear from other parents… What have you learned along the way?
