Hingga Juni tahun ini, pemohon yang menjadi korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) didominasi oleh perempuan yakni sebanyak 66 persen atau sebanyak 2.850 pemohon.
Hal itu diungkap oleh Wakil Ketua LPSK Sri Nurhewati dalam Peringatan 41 Tahun Ratifikasi CEDAW di Kantor LPSK, Jakarta, hari ini, Rabu (23/7/2025).
Sri mengungkap bahwa KDRT menempati urutan ketiga tindak pidana yang banyak dilaporkan ke LPSK.
Sri mengungkapkan LPSK berupaya memberikan perlindungan yang pendampingan hukum, bantuan medis, psikologis, dan psikososial, serta memfasilitasi penilaian dan kerugian.
Meski begitu, Sri mengatakan masih banyak perempuan yang belum memiliki kesadaran dalam mengajukan restitusi.
