차갑게 소주 한 잔 딱 따라놓고
석굴 한 점 입에 넣고 소주를 턱! 넘기면
그게 또 얼마나 부드럽게 넘어가던지..
씹을 때마다 탱글탱글한 식감이 살아 있고
은근한 고소함이 입안에 촉촉하게 번지는데
그 맛이 너무 좋아서 한 점 한 점 아껴 먹었어요
해산물 특유의 향이 강할 것 같지만
신선해서 그런지 잡내 하나도 없이
진짜 깔끔하고 담백하더라구요
역시 제철해산물은 최고의 소주안주네요
