Ketua Umum PDIP Megawati Soekarnoputri melalui surat edaran memerintahkan para kepala daerah ataupun wakil kepala daerah dari PDIP untuk menunda perjalanan menuju Kota Magelang untuk mengikuti kegiatan retreat pada 21-28 Februari 2025.
Melalui surat yang diunggah oleh Ketua DPP PDIP Adian Napitupulu di Instagram, Kamis (20/2) malam, Megawati juga menginstruksikan para kadernya untuk berada dalam komunikasi aktif serta siaga.
Sementara itu melalui surat lainnya, Megawati melarang para kader PDIP untuk memberikan pernyataan tanpa arahan resmi darinya.
Megawati menegaskan, bahwa sesuai dengan pasal 28 ayat 1 AD/ART PDIP, dirinya memiliki kewenangan penuh dalam mengendalikan kebijakan dan instruksi partai.
Terkait dengan penahanan Hasto, Ketua DPP PDIP Ronny Talapessy dalam jumpa pers pada Kamis malam menyatakan, hal tersebut bernuansa politis.
Menurut Ronny, tindakan dari KPK untuk menahan Hasto jadi babak baru serangan terhadap PDIP.
Pasalnya, posisi sekjen sangat strategis dalam partai.
Ronny menilai, tak ada urgensi bagi lembaga antirasuah tersebut untuk menahan Hasto.
Terlebih Hasto selalu kooperatif ketika dipanggil KPK dan kini mengikuti proses praperadilan.
Ronny menekankan, Hasto tak mungkin melarikan diri karena sedang mempersiapkan Kongres PDIP.
