KPK Cegah Walkot Semarang Mba Ita & Suaminya ke Luar Negeri Seusai Keduanya Ditetapkan Tersangka

Juru Bicara KPK, Tessa Mahardhika Sugiarto mengatakan, KPK telah menerbitkan Surat Keputusan Nomor 888 Tahun 2024.
Yakni tentang larangan bepergian ke luar negeri terkait dugaan korupsi di Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Semarang.
Tessa mengatakan ada tiga perkara yang sedang diusut di Pemkot Semarang.
Pertama, yakni kasus dugaan suap terkait pengadaan barang atau jasa di lingkungan Pemkot Semarang tahun 2023–2024.
Kedua, ihwal dugaan pemerasan terhadap pegawai negeri atas insentif pemungutan pajak dan retribusi daerah Kota Semarang.
Ketiga, berkaitan dengan dugaan penerimaan gratifikasi tahun 2023–2024.
Berdasarkan informasi dari internal KPK, empat orang yang dicegah adalah Mba Ita, suami Mba Ita bernama Alwin Basri.
Kemudian Ketua Gabungan Pelaksana Konstruksi Nasional Indonesia (Gapensi) Kota Semarang bernama Martono, dan pihak swasta bernama Rahmat U Djangkar.
Sebelumnya, Wakil Ketua KPK Nurul Ghufron membenarkan penyidik KPK menggeledah kantor Wali Kota Semarang tersebut.
