Otto Hasibuan Soroti 2 DPO Fiktif di Kasus Vina: Berarti Cerita di Dakwaan Fiktif?
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV Ketua Umum Peradi, Otto Hasibuan soroti soal Daftar Pencarian Orang (DPO) yakni Andi dan Dani yang fiktif dalam kasus pembunuhan Vina.Hal ini disampaikan Otto Hasibuan dalam konferensi pers di Jakarta pada Sabtu (8/6/2024)
"Ada Namanya Dani dan Andi yang dikatakan buron lalu sekarang dikatakan fiktif," ujar Otto.
Otto menduga-duga bahwa di dalam dakwaan Andi dan Dani terlibat dalam pemukulan dan membawa korban dari TKP ke Flyover. Namun sekarang oleh penyidik dikatakan Andi dan Dani itu fiktif.
"Berbarti perkara ini berpotensi fiktif dong," ujar Otto
