Dhar Bhojshala Controversy: भोजशाला पर अदालत में बड़ा दावा, मां सरस्वती मंदिर होने के संकेत! | MPधार के भोजशाला में मां सरस्वती मंदिर में सुबह से ही श्रद्धालु पहुंचने लगे हैं...और वो पूजा कर रहे हैं, इंदौर हाईकोर्ट ने कल ही धार स्थित भोजशाला पर बड़ा फैसला सुनाते हुए परिसर को मंदिर करार दिया है, जस्टिस विजय कुमार शुक्ला और जस्टिस आलोक अवस्थी की बेंच ने उस आदेश को रद्द कर दिया, जिसमें मुसलमानों को भोजशाला परिसर में नमाज की इजाजत दी गई थी, हाईकोर्ट की इंदौर बेंच ने भोजशाला परिसर को मां सरस्वती का प्राचीन मंदिर माना, इसके साथ ही अदालत ने हिंदू पक्ष के दावे को स्वीकार किया, कोर्ट ने कहा कि इस इमारत का धार्मिक स्वरूप एक मंदिर का है और मुसलमान मस्जिद के लिए किसी दूसरी जगह जमीन के लिए अर्जी दे सकते हैं, भोजशाला में पूजा शुरू होने पर भोजशाला मुक्ति यज्ञ के संयोजक गोपाल शर्मा ने हाईकोर्ट के फैसले पर खुशी जताई और कहा कि ये दशकों तक कई लोगों की कुर्बानी के बाद ये दिन देखने को मिला है...
Devotees have started arriving at the Mother Saraswati temple within the Bhojshala complex in Dhar since early morning and are offering prayers. Just yesterday, the Indore Bench of the High Court delivered a significant verdict regarding the Bhojshala in Dhar, declaring the premises to be a temple. A bench comprising Justice Vijay Kumar Shukla and Justice Alok Awasthi set aside the previous order that had permitted Muslims to offer *Namaz* (prayers) within the Bhojshala complex. The Indore Bench of the High Court recognized the Bhojshala premises as an ancient temple dedicated to Mother Saraswati. Furthermore, the court upheld the claims put forth by the Hindu side. The court observed that the religious character of the structure is that of a temple and stated that Muslims could apply for land at an alternative location to construct a mosque. As worship commenced at Bhojshala, Gopal Sharma—the convener of the 'Bhojshala Mukti Yagna' (Bhojshala Liberation Campaign)—expressed his delight over the High Court's verdict, remarking that this day has finally been witnessed only after decades of sacrifices made by countless individuals.
