Noel pun membantah narasi bahwa dirinya terjaring operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) dan terlibat kasus pemerasan.
Hal itu disampaikan Noel sebelum digiring ke mobil tahanan di Gedung Merah Putih KPK pada Jumat (22/8) sore.
Dikutip dari Tribunnews.com, Noel meminta maaf kepada Presiden Prabowo, istri dan anak, serta rakyat Indonesia.
"Dan saya juga ingin mengklarifikasi bahwa saya tidak di OTT. Pertama itu, kedua, kasus saya bukan kasus pemerasan, agar narasi di luar tidak menjadi narasi yang kotor memberatkan saya. Dan kawan-kawan yang bersama saya tidak ada sedikit pun kasus pemerasan," ujar Noel.
