Almost Unwatchable: Swalwell EXPOSES Noem: Why Can’t You Admit the Photo Is Fake?

Rep. Eric Swalwell pressed Secretary Kristi Noem on a simple, factual question: was the photo of Abrego Garcia — posted by President Trump and used to label him as MS-13 — doctored? Instead of answering, Noem dodged again and again, refusing even to look directly at the image.

Swalwell attempted to clarify the question multiple times, only to watch Noem pivot to unrelated talking points, avoid acknowledging the obvious, and ultimately refuse to say whether the photo had been altered at all. The exchange raises serious concerns about honesty, accountability, and whether high-ranking officials feel obligated to correct misinformation when it comes from the president himself.

The hearing also highlighted another disturbing issue: the deportation of a four-year-old American citizen battling stage-4 cancer. Noem insisted the child left by “choice,” despite the fact that the government has no authority to deport a U.S. citizen — ever.

This was one of the most revealing and troubling cabinet testimonies to date. Swalwell didn’t attack — he simply asked for the truth. And the refusal to give it speaks louder than any answer could.
