Sáng nay 30-6, Công ty cổ phần Quốc Cường Gia Lai dự định tổ chức đại hội cổ đông để thảo luận các vấn đề quan trọng, nhưng cuộc họp đã phải hủy bỏ vì bà Nguyễn Thị Như Loan, Tổng Giám đốc công ty, vừa trải qua ca phẫu thuật và chưa kịp hồi phục. Bà Loan, người nắm giữ hơn 37% cổ phần, được biết đến với tính thẳng thắn và trực diện trước cổ đông. Không chỉ bà Loan, một cổ đông lớn khác cũng không tham gia do lý do bất khả kháng, khiến công ty không đủ điều kiện tiến hành đại hội. Các cổ đông, mặc dù thất vọng, vẫn hy vọng vào cuộc họp tiếp theo để nhận được câu trả lời từ bà Loan. Trước đó, Quốc Cường Gia Lai, trong bối cảnh thị trường khó khăn, đã có năm 2023 với doanh thu 443 tỉ đồng và lãi sau thuế 3,2 tỉ đồng. Dự báo năm 2024, công ty đặt kế hoạch doanh thu 1.300 tỉ và lợi nhuận trước thuế 100 tỉ đồng, phản ánh chiến lược phát triển chặt chẽ. Cổ phiếu QCG hiện ghi nhận giá gần 14.000 đồng mỗi cổ phiếu, tăng 67% so với cùng kỳ, thể hiện niềm tin vào tiềm năng phát triển của công ty.
